Eligibility and Age Requirement

To participate on the hhbd7 platform, you must meet the following conditions. If these conditions are not followed, we reserve the right to cancel your account and withhold any deposited funds.

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age to register and play on hhbd7. We strictly enforce the policy of "for those aged 21 and above only". We may request a valid ID or government-issued document for age verification if needed.

1.2 Geographic Eligibility

This platform is operated for users in Bangladesh. Users from countries where online gambling is completely prohibited may not use this platform. It is entirely the user's own responsibility to comply with their local laws.

1.3 One Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts for the same individual or the same household is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are suspected, all associated accounts will be suspended or cancelled and bonuses will be forfeited.

Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Process

To open an account on hhbd7, you must provide accurate and truthful personal information. Your name, mobile number, and other details must be correct. The platform reserves the right to cancel an account and hold funds if registration is done with false information.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. You are responsible for all activity conducted from your account, including any unauthorised use.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure security and prevent fraud, hhbd7 may request identity verification (Know Your Customer) at any time. Withdrawals may be suspended if the required documents are not provided. A national ID card, passport, or other government-approved photo ID is acceptable.

2.4 Account Closure

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid balance must be withdrawn before closing the account.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

For depositing funds on hhbd7, we currently support three mobile financial services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300 (three hundred taka).

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests from successfully verified accounts are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this may take longer if identity verification is not complete or a security review is required.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be suspended if there is false information on the account.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from a bonus balance.
• Any unusual transactions will be reviewed by the fraud department.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on this platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% welcome bonus is available on the first deposit at hhbd7, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance becomes ৳2,200. Similarly, depositing ৳34,000 or more earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳54,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 (twenty) times the bonus amount. Important: wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the total balance (deposit + bonus).

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 — a total of ৳24,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• The bonus applies only to eligible users who are making their first deposit.
• During one promotional offer, another offer does not apply unless otherwise stated.
• Once a bonus has been claimed, it cannot be cancelled.
• hhbd7 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If fraud or a breach of terms is found, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.

4.4 VIP Program

hhbd7's VIP program has three tiers. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.4% weekly cashback, the Silver tier up to 0.8%, and the Gold tier up to 1.2% weekly cashback. You can move up to a higher tier through regular active play. VIP benefits are calculated on a weekly basis.

Gameplay and Fair Play

5.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on hhbd7 are operated fairly and transparently. Our game platforms are supplied by internationally recognised providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, and others. The outcome of every game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is completely unbiased.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a game session is interrupted mid-way due to a technical error, the outcome of that game round will be determined based on the game provider's server logs. hhbd7 is not responsible for losses caused by power outages or internet disconnections.

5.3 Responsible Betting

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are completely prohibited on hhbd7 and will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

• Abusing the bonus system (bonus hunting or bonus arbitrage).

10.2 Account Termination

hhbd7 reserves the right to suspend or cancel your account in the following cases:

• Any breach of these terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• An account that has been inactive for an extended period.
• Regulatory or legal directive.

In the event of account cancellation, any valid balance will be returned, however bonuses and funds earned as a result of a breach of terms will be forfeited.

10.3 Applicable Law

These terms and conditions will be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. hhbd7 may be required to change or discontinue any service due to changes in local or international law.
